Returns apply only according to the conditions published for each event. The events organized by RED Americas International S.A.S. correspond to services with scheduled dateand therefore do not implement standard e-commerce return policies. The specific cancellation conditions will be detailed in the Event Annex.
Force majeure
In case of situations outside the control of the organisation, including:
- natural disasters
- health emergencies
- Government restrictions
- security situations
the organisation may reschedule the event. The registration shall remain valid for the new date.
