This Annex sets out the specific conditions applicable to the event RED LATAM 2026 Congress, organized by RED Americas International S.A.S.
The provisions contained here complement the General Terms and Conditions of RED Americas International S.A.S.
GENERAL INFORMATION
The RED LATAM Conference 2026 will be held in Lima, Peru, with the following structure:
- Pre-congress courses: 26-28 August 2026
- RED LATAM: 29 and 30 August 2026
- Venue: Convention Center ESAN. Santiago de Surco, Lima, Peru.
The event brings together professionals, institutions and educators linked to emergency, rescue, risk management and pre-hospital health services in Latin America
REGISTRATION AND INSTITUTION
Participants shall:
- Review the event information, registration modalities and courses at:
www.redamericas.com - When choosing the desired input type, you must click on the "Sign me" button, which will redirect to the shopping cart.
- Make the payment through the official platform.
The registration is only considered confirmed upon receipt of the corresponding payment.
ACCESS TO CONGRESS
All forms of registration to the RED LATAM Congress include:
- access to the presentations of 29 and 30 August
- access to the Commercial Expo
- access to the Scientific Expo
- participation in open events of the event.
TYPES OF INCRIPTION
General registration:
- Early registration: USD 120 (valid until 31 May 2026).
- Regular fee: 140 USD.
Beneficiaries: Rate applicable to students and suppliers with current International Paramedical Registry (IPR) certification.
- Price: 110 USD.
- Validation of credentials: In case of students:ben send an image of your current student credential to mail address @ redcuore.com. Members certified by IRP: RED LATAM will check the status of the certification directly with IRP.
If the condition of beneficiary cannot be confirmed, the participant must pay the difference corresponding to the general rate in force. If the additional payment requested is not made, the registration shall not be considered valid.
Payment plan: Payment method available until 15 June.
- Conditions: 30 USD. to separate the quota.
- Two assessed contributions $60.
- Plan fee: 150 USD.
- Process: The participant makes the initial payment on the registration platform. You should then contact address @ redcuore.com to coordinate the remaining quotas. Contributions shall be paid by: bank transfer or bank deposit.
- Schedule of payments: It shall be established according to the date of reservation. Example: Reserve made on 13 May, first quota 1 June, second quota 1 July. The exact dates will be communicated to the participant when confirming the reservation.
- Non-compliance with the payment plan: If the participant does not comply with the payment schedule: lose the quota and payment of the reservation, lose the initial payment made, lose the promotional fees or conditions applied.
PRECONGRESS
The pre-congress courses will take place from 26 to 28 August 2026.
Each course:
- has independent registration
- has limited quotas
- may require specific requirements.
The particular conditions of each course will be available on the official site of the event.
REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
Once the payment is made: the participant will receive a payment or invoice voucher, then receive your registration confirmation or entry to the event. This document will be the official participation voucher.
KIT OF THE PARTICIPANT
The registration confirmation shall be the enabling document to remove the participant's kit.
The withdrawal may be made from: 26 August 2026 in ESAN Convention Centre — Lima, Peru. The organization may request an identity document to validate the registration.
CANCELATIONS AND REEMBOURCES
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to the official mail of the event. The returns shall be applied according to the following schedule:
- Until 15 April 2026: 80% of the value paid.
- 16 April - 31 May 2026: 40% of the value paid.
- Since 1 June 2026: does not apply reimbursement.
OTHER COSTS
In all cases: bank charges, payment walkway commissions, administrative positions.
DEFINIED DATE SERVICES
The entries to the RED LATAM Congress 2026 correspond to the reserve of participation in an event with limited date and capacity.
For this reason, registration is considered as scheduled event services and not products subject to standard return policies applicable to electronic commerce.
When completing the payment, the participant recognizes that:
- is booking a quota in an event with a defined date
- accepts the cancellation and reimbursement conditions set out in this document.

In case of situations outside the control of the organisation, including but not limited to: natural disasters, health emergencies, social conflicts, Government restrictions or security situations, the organisation may reschedule the event on a new date.
The inscriptions will remain valid for the new date and no returns will be made.
MODIFICATIONS OF THE AGENDA
The organization may make reasonable adjustments to: agenda, times, rapporteurs, content or distribution of activities for academic, logistical or operational reasons. These changes do not constitute a cause for cancellation or a right to reimbursement.
USE OF IMAGEN
Audiovisual records including:
- pictures
- video
- live transmissions.
These materials can be used by RED Americas International S.A.S. for institutional, academic and communication purposes.
By participating in the event, the assistant authorizes the use of his image without economic compensation and without territorial limitation, exclusively in relation to activities linked to the RED LATAM Congress.
TRANSFER OF INCRIPTION
Registration may be transferred to another person only on request sent to: gerencia@redamericas.com
The application shall include:
- letter explaining the reason for the transfer
- full name of new participant
- identity document number
- image of the new participant's identity document.
The application must be sent from the mail used in the original register.
Conditions:
- the transfer is subject to approval by the organisation
- may only be made once per registration
- does not generate reimbursement.
If the registration corresponds to a special fee, the new participant shall meet the corresponding requirements. If not must pay the current tariff difference. Applications should be sent up to 7 days before the start of the event. Subsequent applications may not be processed for operational reasons.
CONDUCT AND RIGHT OF ADMISSION
The organization reserves the right to:
- to deny or cancel the participation of any person involved in conduct that affects the development of the event
- does not comply with the rules of the event or the site
- carry out activities contrary to the academic purpose of the Congress.
In such cases no returns will be made.
TRANSACTIONS AND PAYMENTS
All payments are processed through external financial platforms and institutions.
In the case of disputes, contracargos or repayments initiated with banks, the organisation reserves the right to:
- suspend or cancel registration
- block access to the event
- annul any issued credential.
The organisation may submit to the relevant financial institutions the documentation related to the registration.
IDENTITY VERIFICATION AND FRAUD PREVENTION
The organization reserves the right to request additional information to verify the identity of the participant when necessary to prevent fraud or misuse of registration. This may include verification of:
- the participant's identity
- title of payment
- validity of academic or professional credentials.
If the information provided cannot be verified, the organization may cancel the registration without an obligation to reimburse.
IDENTITY VERIFICATION AND FRAUD PREVENTION
The organization reserves the right to request additional information to verify the identity of the participant when necessary to prevent fraud or misuse of registration. This may include verification of:
- the participant's identity
- title of payment
- validity of academic or professional credentials.
If the information provided cannot be verified, the organization may cancel the registration without an obligation to reimburse.
OPENING
When completing the registration and payment process, the participant states that he has read, understood and accepted the present Terms and Conditions of the RED LATAM 2026 Congress.
