METAS Symposium by NAEMT 2026

The gold standard in prehospital education arrives in Lima.

METAS (Medical Education, Training and Advanced Skills), supported by NAEMTis an academic experience focused on advancing emergency care education across the region. In 2026, the focus is on how we teach—not just what we teach: methodology, simulation, and strategies that directly impact real-world practice.

Designed for healthcare professionals who understand that quality care begins with a strong training.

Innovation, rigor, and applied education

METAS is built differently.

METAS is an academic experience focused on applied education in emergency care, designed as short, high-impact sessions that go straight to the point. Delivered by respected speakers recognized as leaders in the field.

2 events - 1 location

METAS and RED LATAM Conference take place side by side same academic space in Lima. Each event keeps its own speakers, sessions, and ticketing. You can choose METAS, which already includes access to the RED LATAM Conference, allowing you to expand your experience within a broader academic setting.

Faculty and Speakers

1 stage - 9 experts - 1 day

Speakers are selected by direct invitation based on clinical experience and academic leadership. There is no open call for submissions. Each session is built around a clear standard: practical, relevant and up-to-date content.
