Pursuant to the provisions of Organic Law on Consumer Defence of Ecuador, RED Americas International S.A.S. makes the present available to users Virtual Claims Book, in order to receive, register and adequately manage complaints or complaints related to the services offered.
This register is part of the consumer care mechanisms established by Ecuadorian law, and allows users to file their complaints for review and response in accordance with the principles of transparency, protection and respect for consumer rights.
